How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you're logged in, you can change your password in Settings.
How do I swap a shift with a coworker?
To offer your shift for swap, go to "My Shifts" and tap on the shift you want to swap. Select "Offer for Swap" and choose whether to offer it to all employees or specific coworkers. Once someone claims it, your manager will approve the swap.
How do I set my availability?
Go to the "Availability" tab to set times when you're unavailable to work. You can set recurring unavailability (like every Tuesday) or one-time unavailability for specific dates. Your manager will see this when creating schedules.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Make sure push notifications are enabled for Shiftura in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Shiftura and ensure notifications are allowed. Also check your in-app notification settings under Settings.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Organization owners can upgrade their plan by going to Settings > Billing. From there, you can view available plans and upgrade to add more employees or access additional features.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at hello@shiftura.com. We'll process your request and delete your data within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. To request account deletion:
- Send an email to hello@shiftura.com
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- Include your name for verification purposes
What gets deleted:
- • Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- • Your availability settings
- • Your shift history and assignments
- • Your shift swap requests and offers
- • Your notification preferences and history
Important notes:
- • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- • Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes
- • If you're an organization owner, you must transfer ownership before deletion
- • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
